Paige teaches yoga as a means to help other people. Watching her student’s practice transform week after week keeps her inspired to continually learn and grow as a yoga practitioner. She finds joy in being an experienced resource with the ability to help her students navigate the struggles of everyday life on and off the mat.
Paige’s teaching approach is playful and knowledgable while keeping the focus on the individual needs of her students. Her goal is to break down seemingly hard asana making them accessible to all levels of yoga students. She promises one thing; challenging classes that will make her students sweat!
