Practice: Skip the Chataranga Gentle Flow

In this Yoga by Paige beginner yoga video, we skip all of your chatarangas—yay wrists! Mountain pose is used as a home base before beginning each flow. This flow moves slightly slower than some of my others so you can really feel what’s going on in the body.

Be sure to remain present and open minded, approaching this practice with a sense of lightheartedness.
