Tapping into Your Intuition

Tapping into Your Intuition

In a fast paced life, it’s so easy to turn down the volume of our inner wisdom and begin soliciting external sources. In fact, we almost practice quieting this voice in favor of showing up in a prescribed way that our society and culture has told us is the “right” way to be. How can we cultivate this connection and tap into our inner wisdom?

Building Up Your Yoga Practice

Building Up Your Yoga Practice

I’m often asked how to “get better” at yoga and usually I answer with some variation of practice more often. Then, after focusing for the last month on arm balances in my group classes, I’ve noticed more of my students inquiring on how to improve. I created this brief video for anyone looking to release the shoulders anytime.

Do You (Yoga) Fest?

For the last five years or so, I have thoroughly enjoyed everything festivals have to offer; from the food, to the people, music, art, and activities. Festivals are a great opportunity to really step outside of the ol’ comfort zone.

My festival experience began with Wanderlust, a pretty well-known yoga festival hosted in ten different locations across North America.
