Practice: Glute Getter, Butt Burner

In this Yoga by Paige intermediate yoga video, we'll actively work on strengthening our legs and butt by linking standing yoga poses during our flow. Use this flow to help build strengthen one-leg standing poses and to increase hip stability.

Be sure to remain present and open minded, and link your breath with your movement.

Also featured in this flow is one of my favorites, L-hops. We play around with an entrance from standing splits and try to keep both legs long and engaged. This allows the body to find a little extra hang time in the air. L-hops are also a fantastic way to incorporate a little bit of cardiovascular exercise into our yoga practice.
